Terms of Service

1. The service

IntakeSwift provides intake in an afternoon. reminders on autopilot. as a subscription software service. Features are as described on the Features page; we may improve them over time.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the data you put into the service. Don't abuse the service, probe other tenants' data, or break the law with it.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe, cancel-anytime. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Cancel anytime.

4. Your data

You own your data. We process it to run the service and delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request after cancellation.

5. Honest boundaries

IntakeSwift handles patient information. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with hosting and SMS providers before any real patient data is processed, and a compliance review is required before launch. We never claim to be “HIPAA certified” — no such certification exists for software.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either side may terminate with the subscription cancelled; we may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment after notice.
